Worst customer service I have seen in a while! We had reservations for a large party, once we sat down the “manager” tried to tell us how we needed to sit. He dictated that we sat with our families. He would not let the kids sit on one side of the table and the adults sit on the other side. After trying to explain that we will make it easy on his waiters he told us, u guys are just trying to be difficult and for us to get out!! I can see why it has 3 stars from the jump. RecommendedOur waitress Natalie Wetzel Ramplin was so friendly and attentive. The service was excellent. After we placed our order, the food came out in record time. Every staff member that we came in contact with was soooo friendly. Their shrimp and grits were excellent. They were the best . AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!
