They served a rare hamburger when asked for well done. Burger was taken back, then brought out same burger where they put everything including lettuce and tomatoes back on the grill. Asked to speak to manager where he implied that it was due to a new menu. He refused to take any significant steps to make us happy and simply took 6 dollars off an 80 dollar tab. Never going back. Food sucked, service slow, manager incompetent
