By far my favorite in Panama. Not sure where the bad reviews came from. Great service food and prices

Had a to-go order since toddler was not feeling well. Automatic gratuity is a joke! 15% for what?! Order was wrong, cold, and the "kiddie Rib" was so spicy my child couldn't eat it. Had multiple things wrong with the order-- but still had to pay 15% after being overcharged! Ridiculous! If you really want-- just come get the t-shirt and go to another place like Hammerhead Freds-- at least their food is good.

Thank you for your comments. The 15% service charge is for To go orders. It goes toward the cost of packaging. You should have been informed of this upon placing your order. As for the temperature of the food, the food will naturally cool down in transit. As a matter of kitchen policy we do not season kids food. I will revisit this with the kitchen. Thanks again

The food was very good and the service was wonderful as well. Our server was friendly and attentive, plus other staff even helped with a photo shoot. We are locals and have eaten here many times in the past. It has always been a great experience. Would recommend to anyone that wants variety.

Good food ,bad service, misleading prices waited hour and half for 6all u can eat crab legs for $42 I got a whole 6 legs in a hour and a half finally gave up on the all u could eat spent total of $79 and some odd dollars on 6 damn crab legs and a burger I'm not a happy camper and the guy damn sure didn't deserve $11 tip we where forced to pay and there where maybe 10 customers in the whole place no response for the shitty service we received
