Glenda was the manager on duty and she had the worst attitude! When we complained about the service she snapped and said she was going to check the cameras! Then proceeded to call the cops Bc we asked about the 18% gratuity nicely! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for ten years and I’ve never seen a manager treat a guest like that! She was throwing her hands up in the air and acting a fool! If you’re in a management position you need to learn how to control yourself and your temper! Absolutely ridiculous experience!
Crappy service.... crab legs were dry and over cooked wasn’t going to complain until being charged 18% gratuity. Not worth it at all wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, avoid this place if visiting Panama City Beach with your family
The worst place at the beach. We went in and there was at least 15 empty tables ...they said it would be a 40 min wait. We decided to wait and after waiting for 30 minutes, another party that came in after us, got seated. *Note-they had the same number people we did. When we started to ask the hostess... before we could ask she shrugged her shoulders and said “yeah, yeah, I know you were here first”. We also got a good look at the crowd and realized maybe this was the way it is there being we were by far a minority.
Best hush puppies ever!! Excellent customer service, food was amazing and the service was quick!
This place was amazing. I had the steamed snow crab and it was great. The hushpuppies are wonderful and the andouiie sausage is outstanding. Will definitely be back
Hmmm Dirty Dicks.......you won’t get crabs but you might catch the salmonella......let’s see, the floor is sticky, with what I don’t know and I don’t wanna know, the service was slower than Hauk driving Ms Daisy to the Piggly Wiggly, although she most likely got better food. We had a party of 5 and one of our party order the crab sandwich. Well what came out was a crab ball with elephantitis that was ooey gooey like a gum droop in the middle. This was my second time there and it didn’t disappoint! From the Hush Puppies to my drink ( dirty banana frozen) to my main meal. I don’t remember what they called it but it had a bit of everything. Broiled fish, scallops, shrimp and a crab cake along with potatoes and green beans. Such a great atmosphere. Even with it being Thunder Beach weekend, I got there right before all of the crowds. Ya just can’t go to the beach and not get some kind of seafood. I will definitely be back.
