Had a horrible experience with the lady on call! Called in asking for appts and tests, and the lady wouldn't let me finish my question and was extremely rude as she just hung up the call on me! Sounded like a middle aged women 40-60 years old. 0/10 Would not recommend.
Dr Luu was exceptional. She was kind, patient, courteous and pleasant. She took the time to listen to my concerns, she showed me pictures and explained my problem to me. Then she gave me several options to choose from for my treatment. The place is clean, professional and the team was very nice. I called ahead to make sure my appointment is with Dr Luu.
