This place is the worst. While waiting for my flu test results, the doctor told me that even if the test comes back positive, they can't give me any medication. She said that due to a flu outbreak in this area, there's a shortage of medication, and Tamiflu prescriptions can't be given to young people. I don’t understand why she told me this only after the test.
My husband injured his hand and needed stitches. We were able to easily book an appointment and get in first thing Saturday morning. Nurse Practitioner Jojo did an excellent job with his care! One area for improvement would be to provide a way for clients to read the electronic disclosures before requesting they sign on the signature pad.
We used to like it there and some staff and doctors there are very nice and professional. But please stay away from Isela Vasquez (front desk), Hatifa Eurek (the provider/doctor). They are very unprofessional and lacked empathy during our interaction, even with kids.
To be upfront this review is not about the doctors and nurses but instead about the billing department for the clinic. I paid full amount due via my insurance, but a few months later received a final notice from the debt collector company located in Texas. I had to spent extra time to work with the debt collector company to get this sorted out, which is a pain in the a**. I would recommend this place for the care I received, but not the chaotic billing headache afterwards.
