This Company is amazing. We finally decided after researching everything to contact Direct Shutters, and so glad we did. Mr. Bill came out and looked at what we needed done, gave us a price and we decided to get the Storm Shutters for piece of mind. These Shutters are amazing. No more worrying about blowing rain on my Patio. Thanks to Bill and Direct Shutters.
Bill came over checked out my shutters, told me how much it would cost to repair, performed the repairs immediately and was factual / truthful. He carries all the required parts and makes no excuses. Highly recommended
I keep forgetting to do this. Bill installed four shutters at my store, and I am thrilled with them. His service has been amazing. We damaged a shutter(our fault 100%), he came out and saved the day for a very reasonable cost. You are throwing money away with the big name companies.
