Each time I called a lovely woman answered the phone. Unfortunately when she was unable to answer my questions and the building manager picked up the line that's when things went down hill. On the two occasions I had to speak with Jake, who wouldn't supply a last name, he was hostile and belligerent. Having to handle a property after a relative passes away is difficult enough without uncouth and poorly mannered "managers" making the process even more difficult. Run, don't walk away from this agency if you can help it!!
Really good management I just have issue with the apartment I am in 35-27. The hot water is always turn off not sure why.
