Scott was a real pro and great to work with. He really took the time during our home inspection to explain everything as we went through the house. He got the inspection report back to us quickly and I am very confident in his evaluation. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection you may need.
Nothing but problems. Said my roof was fine aside from a few missing shingles and I needed an entire new roof 3 months after moving in because mine was so terrible. Now 6 months into owning the home, discover a massive hole in the basement floor where sewage is flooding in. Plumber said "no one checked this out before you bought the place?" So frustrated at the big things that were missed.
Scott is a nice guy but he made several errors during my home inspection - one that ended up costing me over $5,000 - that he would not own up to. On Scott's inspection report, he noted that we have gas heat. We do not even have a gas line coming into our house because there is not even gas available in our area.
