Always arrive on the day scheduled. Very professional and knowledgeable. Considerate and aware of the needs of customers with pets and take precaution around areas where pets may sleep or eat. No hard sell sales involved. Great company.

I have used Direct Hit for years. They work within my schedule and are always professional. No matter what the issue (ants, rats, etc), they will come out as many times as needed until the issue is completely gone. From the office staff to the gentlemen that come out/into to my home, I trust them 100% and feel completely safe with them. I have never had a negative experience. I have referred them to my neighbors and work. I can't say enough good things about Direct Hit. :)
