Took 5 hours to get an oil change and tires "rotated." Told me the rotation and alignment was free due to the wait. When I checked the tires myself, they were not rotated. The front driver rim was marked and still in the same spot. So basically waited 5 hours for an oil changed that takes me 20-30 min myself without a lift.
