I just bought a brand new car less than a month ago when both rear tires ended up with screws in the sidewalls. I brought it over to direct, and they did not have the tires that matched, but I was able to order them, and they installed them for me. Even though I did not purchase tires from them, they still provided me with outstanding service and were very friendly. I was very concerned about taking my new car for service, but they exceeded my expectations. No scratches on the rims!! Thank you all for taking care of my car!
After getting the run round from two different tires shops and having a low tire for two days due to the lack of customer support. Joe Johnson was able to get my car fixed in speedy time! I will be coming back from now on! It’s a five stars from me.
buying new tires can be an all day affair....but direct discount tire in stillwater is worth your time and money. excellent customer service and straight forwardness....this shop does a good job.

January 2019 I bought 8 new tires for my rig and had them mounted there and the idiots in the shop forgot to right the lugs on one set of rims Resulting in me having to buy two new rims 10 new lugs and a new hub assembly at the cost of 1400$ plus work loss and Direct tire did not so much as lift a finger to help me recover the cost of their mistake I will not be doing business here again.
Great customer service, cheapest price I’ve had for a tire and in and out in under 30! Fish were cool too :)

The only place I will ever get tires! Awesome customer service every time. Cheapest tires for the quality and the only place in town that carries the size I need for my car.
