I've been a customer for over 7 years. The service is exceptional. Quick turnaround when getting jewelry cleaned and/or repaired. You can't find better prices anywhere else. When designing my wedding ring they exceeded my expectations.
My husband's aunt and sister went in to get a black pearl appraised today. Workers were very judgemental and rude. Didn't help her in anyway, acted like she stole the pearl or something. She had worked hard her whole life and a great Christian woman. On top of it, it's her birthday. Will never come ever do business here agsin.

We took the time to check our wholesale supplier for current cost...and gave her our opinion as to current retail price and or value. She asked three times if we were interested in buying or where she could sell it...sadly, we were not able to help her. Thanks for your input.
