I've been dealing with Keith and Michelle for over 8 years now for both my business and my home and trust no-one but them. Keith is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He takes great pride in his work and treats every job like it's his most important. Quality is worth the price Direct Carpet is not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive but they are the best that I have seen. I recommend them to all my friends every time. The Work is good but the management is poor. They charged us $91 for the Credit Card processing fee? Secondly, they give you unrealistic expectation. Proof in emails. I believe the lady we dealt with is called Michelle.
Just had Michelle and Keith install carpet in our basement. It was not an easy install due to the layout of our basement rooms but the result is fantastic. Great job and service. Thanks.
