I called them yesterday, asking how fast I could get some of their product cut and binded. Michelle ( who is a complete saint btw) gave me her cell and asked to send me pictures, of the specifications, and of the stair case. Within 24hrs she had the carpet runner fully ready for installation and pick up, BEFORE NOON. They went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful for this local business to save the day. Especially during these trying times. You guys rock, and we absolutely love our staircase !
Outstanding shop at home experience, my wife & I had already picked the carpet mfr. & style of our choice (except the color). We called and Michelle came to our house the next day to give a quote and for my hubby to pick out the carpet. We booked to have the carpet installed in the next 2 days. They were quick, professional and really nice! We had hiccups with some electrical under our flooring, and they were very happy to work with us to reschedule our install date.
