Glen was the first to return my call within 1 day ,and we saw him the following day , he was professional and well to work with doing a deal on a new/used van . I went home in a 2011 ford e150 van that day..
Was very good and honest as far as I can tell. No excessive pressure to purchase. By the time I viewed the truck the price had gone up significantly but the dealer agreed to honor the old price. I didn't buy; the truck had been heavily used in construction sites and the interior showed heavy ware and excessive soiled spots.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Purchased a fairly priced vehicle with no haggling. A 21st century kind of experience instead of a medieval one.
