I was interested in a car they had advertised online. I called and arranged everything before I arrived, and left very upset with what I found. The advertisement online was heavily photoshopped make the car appear in much better condition. Literally every surface of the car had damage, door deals dangling, tires in horrible condition, filthy engine fluids, etc. The I told the salesman why I didnt want the car, and he began arguing with me, getting extremely defensive and lying to me. I just purchased a used Mazda CX-5 from direct sales. The location was difficult to find at first, but the overall experience was cool. I was able to test drive the car and make my purchase within a weeks time. The price of the vehicle closely matched its total value. Albert was direct, but overall fair. Only time can decide the total experience with the car, but today I’m satisfied with my purchase.
