Terrible customer service. They made my wife go through the whole process of filling out paper work putting down a deposit and running her credit on a car that we called ahead about and as we were finishing they informed her they don’t have a title for it and it would be about a week. After a little over a week and having to check in everyday for updates they tell her she can take the car because they have the title.
