People were very friendly! Been here twice to possibly buy a car. Both times I had great salesman but never would they budge on price. Found the same vehicle same miles same year for $5k cheaper and still wouldn’t work with me. Ended up buying from another dealer who was willing to work with me.

I had such a great experience over the weekend at Direct Auto. I had the pleasure of working with Edwin who helped me with the trade of my old car. He listened to my concerns and shared his insight on the vehicles I was interested in. Not once did I feel pressured or that I was in over my head. Thank you Edwin for being so patient and helpful through the entire process.
I just bought a newer car from Direct Auto Mall. Edwin was great. He was not pushy at all and was very pleasant to work with. He did everything he could to try and get us the payment we needed and never tried to push for more. Edwin was the best part about dealing with this dealership for sure .
Edwin is a great guy who truly has the customers best interests at heart! Amazing service and I would highly recommend Direct Auto Mall. I will be buying all my cars from Edwin now.
