I reached out via CarGurus. Had an email back from one of the partners, Jay, within an hour. He answered all of my questions but denied my offer of KBB fair purchase price. Makes sense - KBB doesn't sell cars. However, list price & Jay's counter offer is still a little more than what I'd like to spend on a similar car with similar options.
