Shae and Carlos stopped by to assess what needed to be done to install a light/fan combo in my guest bathroom. Carlos gave me different options and it was done and working within 2.5 hours. Shae did a great job on the installation…dealing with messy blown in insulation, which a fair amount unavoidably came down into the bathroom, but he used drop cloths and cleaned it spotless before he left. Raul Acosta called from Direct Air & gave an arrival time and came on time. My A/C unit is 14 years old & I thought I needed a new one. After checking everything out I was quoted replacement prices, I chose one & now I will have cool air again. Giovanni along with Jauquin came to do duct cleaning using a compressed air agitator, cleaned each vent cleaned the blower wheel, installed uv lights and a germicidal/oxidation system. They were very thorough, professional and friendly. I highly recommend the company and employees.
