I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was exceptional! Duniel and Alain are amazing! They were very professional, courteous and they went above and beyond to make sure the new air conditioner in my apartment was running excellent.
The tech that came out was very helpful, however the follow up was horrible. Tech suggested getting the maintenance package as well as the state-of-the-art filter installation. No one ever got back to us by email, text, or a phone call. What a waste of time.
Excellent service and professionalism! Raul and Bryan were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The company was able to send out a technician the same day and have the issue resolved within 24 hrs. Highly recommend this company!
