Great experience with Direct Air starting with Rolando to assist us with the purchase of our AC. Yanio and Dunail did an amazing job with the installation, taking time to ensure everything was properly fitted and clean. This is our second purchase with Direct Air and we are once again happy with the professionalism and quick service provided.
Ruben Roo was helpful and assit us with the issue, hopefully the part replacement arrive soon. Update: After few days and other things, part arrived and ac is back.
