Nonstop construction lasting years has turned this once great place to live into a terrible quality of life. I have lived in much busier neighborhoods in major cities without a fraction of the noise and dust that is daily here. In all other aspects it’s a fairly nice place but it’s been totally ruined by construction and I cannot recommend living at this property under any circumstances
Roach infested. The management was like “oh yea your neighbor downstairs is really dirty so we sprayed their apartment.” Uh, roaches don’t recognize individual units. They just go to the next unit. So disgusting.
This place is very old and has many plumbing issues. Once your apartment get flooded they let you down in emergency cases and of course no reimbursement. Very poor management and noisy. It's not ok for handicap or disabled people.
