I hired Mike DiPasquale's firm for trip an fall. They excepted my case an I only talked to secretary after that. Received no advice as to what I should do. A follow-up on my first post about my experience with deep pasqually and more. I talked with a lady that is handling my payment on my settlement. She has reassured me by the middle of the month I should receive my check. And that's pretty much all I was wanting was to get my payment. My wife and I were rear-ended in Lee's Summit Missouri by somebody texting and driving. I have dealt with Mike depasquale on my mother-in-law and my daughter. They were not happy about the outcome of their settlement. I took a chance for my wife and I almost 2 years ago when we got rear ended. My wife got her check very low bald as far as money. In my opinion these guys are total lightweights, they are only interested in picking the low hanging fruit. I suffered a fall in a Walmart in 2020. The cause was a large puddle of wax, in which I went down. Walmart offered $2500, I passed. This firm jumped on my case, got the same offer and wanted 40% for nothing. The way it was explained to me is there was no way they could afford to take Walmart to court; ie they tucked their tale between their legs and ran. Was not happy they took 40% and barely did anything I had to go get bills from places they referred me to still in a lot of pain and I walked away with crumbs while they received the larger sum DO NOT GO TO THEM
