I wish that I could not even select a star for this but since I had to.. ordered food multiple times from there and every time it arrives cold and there is something missing. I can understand making a mistake but for a mistake to be every time is just unreasonable! If u like cold food and something other than what you ordered this place is for you. Worst restaurant to deal with. We have ordered from them typically once a week for the last few weeks and every order there is something wrong. Tonight's should have been no surprise but since more than 50% of the order was cold or missing we decided to call about it. We were told we were liars. That our food was in the bag when it left there but was gone my the time it got to us. I guess the delivery driver stole it! Complete worst service I have EVER received.
Ordered a meatlovers pizza online and dippers received my pizza that looks like it was a pepperoni pizza that had toppings sprinkled on it and then shipped. Never even got the dippers. Called the store and was told they dont have online ordering but I have the email saying it was confirmed. My pizza and the dippers cost me 24$ and I could have gotten a better pizza from Wal-Mart. Will never order from there again
I've had more issues with this establishment but keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because I believe in supporting local businesses, but never again. I placed an order for wings, fries and a bacon cheeseburger to be delivered. When it was delivered I took a bite of the burger and there was no BACON. Hmmmmm......one of the main components. Usually not one to complain but I'm pretty aggravated. Ordered buffalo chicken sub, had no buffalo flavor and looked dry. Breaded cauliflower tasted like oil. When I called they said the cook put buffalo on the sub and that it was probably correct. What happened to the customer being correct? They did offer to make another one for me but why would I want a second one of the same thing I called complaining about. Will never order from here again.
I gave this place so many tries never again I have picture of the poor looking cheesesteak no meat or cheese

Best Pizza Place for MILES!! ALl the food is fabulous and better quality ingredients than most places.
I've had issues with this place in the past, one of them being a time when I ordered for my family and never received an order of fries. I called to inform them and was spoke to very nastily then hung up on...25 minutes later an order of all but raw potatoes showed up at my door. Anyway, they've been okay lately.
