Ok here is the deal...Who ever answers the phone surely isn't Mary Poppins..Very unprofessional and rude..I was waiting for her to ask if I wanted a side order of death? THey need do clean house of the ignorant employees
Every time I order something they seem to mess it up. I’m done going there.
II just experienced the 2nd and last bad service there. First I had ordered a pizza by phone, Was told 20 minutes. I got there in 15. Was given a pizza that was sitting on top of oven. Got it home, maybe a 5 minute drive. Was barely warm and dried out. I called back telling them about them giving me a pizza that had apparently sat out on their counter most of the day, then barely reheated. I was told they make all fresh. LIARS!!! They made a mistake in my order twice then they asked me to return the wings they messed up on and gave us a bowl of oil with wings floating in it...use to eat here all the time....never again!
Ordered delivery and gave contact info that they never wrote down! Made the mistake of paying ahead of time with credit card so they left food with wrong person and will not refund my money!!! Horrible service!!
I got a pizza to go, but I was so hungry, I just wanted a few bites before I drove home, he gave me a hard time! So I offered to leave the waitress a tip, he said no, he was really rude. I ended up sitting in my car eating my slice. Shame, food's ok but I won't be back.
WOW!!! Dino's has turned a new leaf! We stopped ordering from Dino's for a little while, because our order was always arriving late, and was cold, or completely messed up. HUGE change! Our food was perfect! Everything was amazing. My fiancés cheese steak was right on point, so hot, he had to let it cool down before he could eat it! The taco pizza was LOADED with toppings, and piping hot on delivery. My ham and cheese hoagie was SO GOOD, a little heavy on the mustard, but still delicious. Great job Dino's!!!
Coming from someone that works in health care....the unhappy/miserable ones always scream the loudest. So annoying. Anywaaaays.....I've lived in Lake Wynonah for 7yrs and STILL pick Dino's when I want pizza shop food! Great people, great food...esp the sub rolls! :D
