So glad I avoided this place. I read all the reviews before trying their food. I’m not big on rude people. Customer service and great food that’s on time is key to a better business.
RecommendedOrdered takeout tonight and pleased as always. Cheesesteak and wings are always good. Kids loved their pizza and wife loves the cheeseburger subs. Been getting takeout there for quite a while and have never had bad food. Thanks Nate.
given a receipt for one amount, my card was charged a different amount. I asked the guy why this happened, he was completely rude to me and said nope I charged you this amount call your bank. called my bank and they explained a hold that the restaurant does for security reasons. that is something the owner of this place would have known. why he couldn't be nice to me and tell me this is beyond me. will not return.
Tonight is our last time ordering from here. We ordered $60 worth of food and when I picked it up they gave me the wrong order. When I called them they asked if I wanted to come pick it up. I asked for them to deliver it and was told no drivers were coming our way. I agreed to come back and get our food. When I hung up they called back to tell me to bring back the other food. Where’s my order??? No idea! Ordered at 7:15pm. Got a call at 8:18pm that they ran out of rolls and were making them fresh to complete my order. Tried to call at 9:00pm and 9:10pm.....,no answer. It is now 9:15pm and I still do not have the food I ordered 2 HOURS AGO!
Spent $70 for Dinos subs and Stromboli a few nights ago. As they do with at least one time per month, they screwed up the order. Now, we waited for well over an hour for delivery and had to call them right away after opening because they sent us a medium pepperoni Stromboli instead of a cheesesteak Stromboli. California Cheese Steak Wrap was amazing. Packed with steak and perfectly cooked.
Stopped on our way home, VERY disappointed. We got subs, $7.75 each and they had 1-2 pieces of ham and cheese!!! For that price it should be packed with meat. The roll was very good tho. But unsatisfied!!!! Won’t be returning.
Tonight was the last time We as a family will ever eat in here again. Poor handling of order, food was given to wrong table then taken back and brought right back out the door the our table and it was a simple order salad and they still got it wrong. The best part it took us over1.5 hours to get the food close and still had carry-out. to top it off the people in there are ignorant the owner never even bothered to see what was wrong and they all but told me I got what I ordered.
