As you know, I was pretty nervous about getting the Novocaine. It went surprisingly easy, and I am most grateful for Dr. Mantis's patience. At the ripe old age of 61, I still get scared over these appointments. THANKS EVERYONE!!! I can't imagine seeing anyone else but Dr. Mantis. HBK
As always my experience was great. Dr. Mantis and his staff were on time, they are always so friendly and take the time to make sure I'm comfortable. They are thorough in making sure I know exactly what they are doing and how. And they always let me know if I need any additional work and what they think the next steps should be in getting it done. I hate going to the dentist but the work they do is great and the people are so warm and welcoming that I keep coming back and I live an hour away!
The entire staff is extremely accomodating, friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Mantis is amazing and we recommend him to everyone. My kids actually love going to the dentist. We entrust our entire family to him.
Dr. Mantis was my dentist for 15 plus yrs till he left Cal City . My testament to his ability is that I will make the trip from crown point Indiana to Wilmette for any issues that require attention other than regular hygienic services . There are many good dentists available , but it is his attention to detail and the bond he creates with his patients , that makes the difference .
As usual, everything was first-rate. From the warm greeting to the professonalism of all the staff, I felt completely comfortable and secure in the knowledge that I was receiving quality care from Dr. Mantis and his associates. This is an office which is well-managed, makes use of the most up-to-date equipment, and provides the most through and caring service imaginable. Love to come here.
