The Yule Log cake was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it on Christmas Eve!
Just stopped in (as we do every time we’re in Chicago), and had sandwiches for lunch. Highly recommend the Woolworth! This is a great place, and you should not miss it! Lucas, in the cafe, was especially helpful!
Had a great sandwich for lunch today and then hit the bakery items! Fall cookies, chocolate chip butter cookies, Linzor Torte and donuts! Mmm mmm.

I first visited with my parents when I was 4 to pick out my Birthday Cake. That was 1958.....and whenever I get back to Chicago.....I must go by and pick up pastries and remember the joys that those pastry cases created in me as a little boy, as a young man, as a Father, and now as a Grandpa...that sees that joy in their eyes when I take them there.
Excellent service and food !!! We will comeback again!!!
