I love the desserts here! They also have a variety of tasty sandwiches, along with all-day breakfast sammies. The staff here is friendly!
I've sampled bakeries all over Chicago on Paczki day, Dinkel's ARE the best
While they have great paczki do yourself a favor and do not preorder and pay for your order in advance for paczki day. The line to pick up was ridiculous and they only had one person handling pick up orders!?! I waited 40 minutes to pick up a preorder. This year and last year once I got to pick up counter, I had to wait another 15 minutes because no one seems to know how to execute a prepaid order. Very unorganized.

services to customers in Dinkles is dynamic and the staff members are courteous and prompt with filling orders, very clean dining areas that staff members swept, clean floors and clean tables, nice warm fireplaces and the menu has a great variety of food options.
First time customer of Dinkels. Just ordered a special customized birthday cake. Had an in-person discussion about the cake design, provided a printed copy of design and emailed it. Picked the cake up and there was NO DESIGN AT ALL. Just a simple happy birthday message. And no apologies for the mistake. Very disappointed on the customer service and lack of responsibility or accountability. We will not be repeat customers.
