Ted does a great job when it comes to checking out your new home. He walks you through things as he finds them, as well as separating out the "big fish" from the "small fish" when it comes to troubles he may find. I received his report the same day via email, complete with pictures and narratives on each issue found. I would highly recommend him if you need an inspector.
Dinkelman did a great job inspecting a home, I was interested in purchasing. He found mold areas, that were unprofessionaly painted over. Thanks to him we passed and bought another home instead.
