I will recommend Ted to everybody! He was amazing, extremely thorough, and answered all my questions. We had a pretty rough house for him to look at and he wasn’t afraid of anything, going up on the roof, in the crawl space, even the attic! His report was great and very helpful. If you are considering using him for an inspection, I highly recommend it!
