Worst customer service at an implement dealer ever. Called down on Black Friday morning for parts for a grain cart. They had them. I called down to make payment arrangements and was told someone would call me back. I waited over an hour and no one did. In the meantime--AFTER I CALLED--my brother called down there to ask them to leave the parts out so we could pick them up. They refused to do so unless he paid for them.
