rooms needed to be cleaner
RecommendedI like that it's very convenient to take your pet. I have a few concerns but my main issue is why does this place not have microwaves in the room? Even Motel 6 has microwaves. They'll Heat your food in the Cafe but not with care. They put it in and turn their backs. My food was nearly inedible it was nuked so much.
Terrible experience. Could not use pool for four hours a day because of someone staying on the second floor that was in quarantine (bubble) and had exclusive use of the pool. "It's only four hours," said a hotel worker. Guess other guests don't matter. No amenities at this place that's for sure. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I am so sorry that this was such a disappointment. You arrived early in the afternoon and it has been a beautiful day, so I completely understand that it would have been great to get in the water early. The 3pm-5pm time period reserved for the private event had been selected to minimize the impact on other guests.
