DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! A member of the housekeeping walked into my room without knocking and saw me naked! I spoke to the manager on duty who offered a points reimbursement as well as a discount on our room to get rid of me from the front desk... to which she failed to do either and now I’m fighting with customer service who’s telling me that it didn’t happen!!! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!!
the hotel was very nice. we took our kids swimming though and there was so much chlorine in the pool that it stripped the color out of our bathing suits, changed the texture of my 6 year olds hair to the point of having to go to a salon to have it deep conditioned and gave all 3 kids swollen eyes the next day. they gave us some money off the room but swimmers beware. the money off the room doesnt cover the loss of bathing suits or salon fees. I’m enjoying my time here at your hotel, the staff had been outstanding and one particular staff member Oumi has been incredible with helping and taking care during our meal time. She went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Oumi.

From the moment I arrived it was an experience. The design is beautiful and rooms were bright and clean. However, the staff is what would bring me back over and over. Friendly and helpful are understatements. Every single team member I encountered ensured I was okay or if I needed anything during my stay. And when I did need assistance, with a smile and taken care of within moments. I applaud the management for creating this atmosphere and the employees for carrying it through their day. Thank you.
