New renovation looks great but room service was a zero. Order not complete and served in a styrofoam container with plastic forks and cardboard coffee cups. Wow what happened?
I hated it and never got there I wanted to reschedule my reservations for another day and because I decided to change my reservation 24 hours in advance instead of 48 hours they charged my credit card and was very rude doing it. It was ok to change the reservation for another date but you gotta basically Pay to change. Very bad hotel policy I wouldn't recommend a dog to stay here.
Room service menu is pathetic and the people who take the phone orders don't understand English very well. If you enjoy room service with a full menu this is not the hotel for you. We have stayed with Hiltons for years but it seems there is one issue after another with their properties. This location was picked for a company event or we would have selected a different chain. Also, as usual the rooms are hot, very marginal A/C.
Andrew the valet helped my friend by getting UNDER her snow and salt covered car and remove her air dam under the engine that had been partially torn off from snow. She couldn’t drive it unless he did this. Wow!!! They go the extra mile here for customer satisfaction.
