rooms needed to be cleaner
RecommendedI like that it's very convenient to take your pet. I have a few concerns but my main issue is why does this place not have microwaves in the room? Even Motel 6 has microwaves. They'll Heat your food in the Cafe but not with care. They put it in and turn their backs. My food was nearly inedible it was nuked so much.

This is usually my favorite hotel to stay in when I visit Columbus. Unfortunately, today is very disappointing! The lady who checked us in acted bothered by any of our requests/ Complaints! #1) I checked in and was supposed to be upgraded. That did not happen. So much for gold status! #2) First room we were given was disgusting! - The door to get to the fridge had splatters on it and the inside of the fridge had dried food on it! - The carpet had a big red stain between the beds and it was wet! Was looking forward to getting out of the house and staying 10 min away to watch movies, relax and order room service. I double checked the website that these services were offered. I check in and they tell me there’s no room service bc of covid. Ummm why?! You can’t leave it at the door like Postmates etc has been doing forever?? At least update your website.
I remember reading good reviews, but I do not think they do justice to this amazing spot. Need a car? Absolutely not, walking distance to to great places, dinner, mall, cafe’s etc. plus the pool is like something out of a movie! Diamond status or not, this has got to be my new favorite Hilton! It will be a sad moment to leave this place on Sunday!
Room was smaller than expected and we had called room service twice with a request for something we had forgotten to pack; were assured it was coming but and it never came...then the jacuzzi was cold. For as much as this hotel chain charges...this was ridiculous
Absolutely wonderful hotel. Room and amenities are great, and the proximity to the shopping at Easton can’t be beat!
