Worst patient care I’ve ever experienced.
Uncaring, unfriendly, should not be in a health field, doesn't listen, laughs at your suffering, removes panic attack medicines, causes panic attacks, about money, etc.
I hesitate to write a review for a Doctor I technically never met...... But her policies and practices represent a lack compassion, multidisciplinary, and patient-centered care. She does not take the time to meet with all her patients. I've been a H & P patient for about a year.As a medication management patient, they handle my ADHD medication. I've never been so flatly disrespected by a doctor before, let alone the one who is supposedly managing my mental health treatment! I've been left high and dry to unintentionally detox off of SSRIs and ADHD medication because of her poor business model. I met her for the first time on telehealth today when I've intentionally been meeting with a PA who I have a strong relationship with and she berates me and is so mean spirited because I asked about my previous provider I'd been working with. Stay away from this Doctor. She is an arrogant, mean-spirited, judgmental person. I am very stable at this point in my treatment and needed a new doctor. This inhumane person should not practice medicine.
Have had to fight again and again to get medication that was prescribed by her. Doesn't bother signing scripts or telling patients when a drug test is due in order to receive monthly prescription. When office is called given the run around and on hold for over 10-15 minutes.
I waited over an hour and a half and cancelled my appointment because I sat on the telehealth thing and no one ever came to the phone. I would highly recommend not going to this office as she will not value your time.
Dr. Dinar Sajan simply was unkind and uncaring. She has a pretty financially smart model as she reigns over poorly treated staff that she makes do things to accelerate business that are very annoying like scheduling return appts sooner than her PAs recommend. She also has office staff endlessly texting clients redundantly and super frequently before appts trying to get them in earlier or be on call waiting endlessly if using virtual visits. Will give you more issues and complications that you already went in for. Would never recommend for my family, friends, or anyone needing help. You will not find it here, unfortunately.
