To be honest, I really love Dr. Kassab — she is kind and caring with her patients. However, her staff and front desk are the worst I’ve dealt with. I’ve been calling to make an appointment for my mom, and even though I left a voicemail, no one called back or answered my calls. That feels very disrespectful to patients. I’m sorry, Dr. Kassab, but I really think you need to talk to your staff about this issue
Love the doctor the problem is that they never answer their phones like never I call in the morning nothing afternoon nothing I just don’t understand why they never answer the phone
I heard from a friend for doctor Dina and I decided to go to her for my second pregnancy. I love her how careful she listen explain everything is in need. Very professional and loving doctor as well .Definitely more than 5stars for her
