I found the environment most pleasant. But most important when it comes to health care in the dentistry industry to me is Cleanliness and attitude (Place still has a new feel to it). Tools were properly stored, tables were cleaned and the dentists put on new gloves when they came in. I don't mind when I hear advanced terms coming from the dentists. I am always impressed after my appointments because EVERY staff member I come in contact with is so friendly! They truly care about their patients and genuinely want to help, which creates an atmosphere where people keep returning. As soon as I walk in the door, the environment and the warm greeting from the receptionist helps me easily push my anxieties about “seeing the dentist” aside.
