My 6 year old son needed fillings for the first time. The Dentist and assistant were SO friendly, upbeat, and amazing. They eased his nerves, talked TO him, kept him entertained and informed (in kid terms, too!). They genuinely cared and wanted to make sure he was comfortable.
Going to the dentist has not always been fun for me because my first visit was when I was three years old, but now that I am a little bit older (62) I don't mind going because whenever I get out of the dentist chair after a cleaning and exam, my teeth feel happy, extra clean between the spaces and ready to go for another six months.
most of the times I have gone to your office i have been taken care of by the same hygienist so I was a little concerned this time to go to a different lady. Still she was fine and the experience was excellent as usual.
