Great care and a great experience.
I've always received very professional service and can't imagine going anywhere else. The doctors are caring and very thoughtful. When I was out of work, this office made arrangements that facilated all my needs. I know I can go here and not have to worry that they put payments over the well being of the client. The personal service I've received makes this Urgent Care my only destination for my healthcare needs. The only issue I have is when Dr. Norcross retired. He was such a wonderful doctor. Poor communication between Doctor's and front desk staff.Asking for a prescribed medication I need and it seems like it will take me a lot of hope and prayers before I can get any answers. Doctor's can't look at my medical records because they are busy all day long. I can understand because of the pandemic things are rough right now,but how come when Doctor's get there in the morning before they start their day,can at least they look at the notes,messages and unsolved/unfollowed cases they have from the prior day?Is that too... read more
