The DiMillo family has been serving fine food in Portland since Tony DiMillo opened his first restaurant, "Anthony's," in 1954. In 1982, "DiMillo's Floating Restaurant" opened her doors and became the only floating restaurant on the upper East Coast. Today, Tony's family continue to maintain the high standards he established over 50 years ago.

My father and I make a traditional yearly trip to Maine every year and he has been wanting to to take me to DiMillo last year we couldn't find parking anywhere but this year we made it. It was absolutely delicious the scallops I had were cooked to perfection, our server Jessica was a doll , she was helpful and courteous in every way. To me Dimillos is extremely important in a number of ways. It's marina was my home for many years . The restaurant itself was a dream of one of my closest friends in life Tony Dimillo a waterfront development pioneer and an amazing Restrauntaur with uncanny foresight as to what was needed to be unique in the food business coupled with the courage to lead the way. Ordered fryed seafood over cooked everything else was good
We have always made Dimillos our go to. Food was always good, and we like the parking ease. We were disappointed with our last meal. Food just wasn't up to usual standards. Have you changed your chef/kitchen staff recently?
Dinner last night with friends on a quest for the best lobster dishes. Absolutely wonderful fried lobster, lobster stew, stuffed lobster, mac a and cheese. Great waitress and and host Steve...great atmosphere...we had a great evening.
The very best!!! Awesome wonderful food the pecan crusted haddock was amazing and my husband had the lamb he loved it

This is an exceptional place to go. We visit as often as we can. This past Sunday was no different. It's decorated so lovely for the holiday season and the impeccable staff and cuisine is to die for. We brought our parents from Chicago In while celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary. They adored it as much as we do.
