Danielle is amazing! She works with my physiotherapist and delivers a workout specialized to me and my injuries and body’s needs. She is kind and I’m very comfortable with her.
I’ve been going to Danielle for a couple years now for 1:1 Pilates. I can honestly say that Danielle is magic. Her personality lights up a room and she is so kind. Not once have I ever felt self conscious with her. She only empowers you to build strength on your own pace. Dealing with chronic pain/injury is difficult but with these sessions my body has never felt this stable and strong. Highly recommend seeing Danielle
Danielle is amazing !!! She works with you, meets you where you are at, and is so encouraging. Every visit fills my cup. My muscle stiffness and body mechanics have improved since starting to work with her. Give it a try, you will not regret it!
