They have some decent parts but I have been waiting 2 weeks for an RMA. I have called twice and sent 3 emails. I have a part that came in incorrect and was never installed. I cannot seem to get someone on the phone who cares. Just sent my 4th email follow up to return a $30 part. I was well within my return period and their listed policy. The only email I received was to ask if it was open (not even in their company policy). Never heard back. I hear they are under new management but who can tell???

Finally got a response saying "it gets here tomorrow and will ship out first thing". It didn't. Get a random message the next day(today) saying it... read more
