I've been a DC customer for at least 5 years. Up until this last year, Customer service was great. I've sent two emails to Customer service this past month and haven't received ANYTHING back. DC was the only parts supplier back when I started building bikes, but now there are plenty of other options out there with better customer service. Disappointed.
