I placed an order and still have not received it. I have sent two emails and left two voicemails to check as to the status of my order. None of my calls or emails have been responded to.

I placed an order for dual carbs and one boot. They called me to make sure I didn't need two boots (which I did!) and even waited for me to order the second so they would ship together AND refunded my shipping for the second boot. That's some good lookin out! Highly recommend them!
Great customer service, great people, great parts. Shipping though... I would not recommend ordering from Dime City if your in any hurry to fix your bike and need a part ordered FAST. If you order on a Monday you will get your part by the end of the week. I wish there as an option to “next day” ship the stuff you order. Still on the fence about if I recommend or not. I've heard nothing but great things about Dime City but I placed an order over 48hrs ago and I've yet to receive any shipping notifications and any chance to contact customer service has been ignored. For example, I placed another order with a similar company 15 minutes after I placed my order with Dime City and my package is already out for delivery with the same shipping option I chose for Dime City.
Best place for parts, hands down!
