Great atmosphere, slow/poor service, wait for our entrées was unacceptable and the food was mediocre at best, very very disappointed
The building, history, and atmosphere was wonderful and only reason I'm giving 2 stars. The service and food was horrible. When you have scallops, mushrooms, and spinach the spinach shouldn't be the best food on your plate. The scallops and mushrooms were way over cooked. The dipping sauce for the scallops was disguisting. Don't waste your money here wayyy over priced.
Last night was my very first time at the restaurant and I loved it. From the moment I walked into the building, I felt surrounded by history.. The manager was so kind and right there to answer any questions. It was a belated birthday cemebration, so my friend wanted to do something special for me.
