highly recommend. front office does a great job confirming insurance policy and costs prior to visit, hygienist is superb, thorough and genuinely seems to care. follow up options/reminders are great - emails and texts available.

Very professional and courteous. Hygenist was great, friendly, and got right to treatment, pulled up insurance coverages on screen in exam room and discussed - never have had that happen. Dentist was also professional as well, addressed particular questions and concerns, examining specific areas in more detail. Highly recommend. Admin made next appt and already had estimate ready for additional work needed. Previous dentist didn't want to begin treatment/cleaning until after initial "consultation" and never sent estimates.
Great first experience with this practice. Not my first visit with Jennifer, my hygienist. I credit her with keeping my teeth in my mouth without major dental interventions for many years! Now that I need some work done, I have no qualms about having it done with Dentistry of the Carolinas - Montford office.
I used to hate going to the dentist but I don't any more. I love all the people who work there and make me feel so comfortable from Dr. Hammock, Anne, the hygienist to every one there. I would recommend them to anyone. Its almost an hour drive for me to get there but it is worth it.
Went in for six month cleaning and check-up. I have always expected a pleasant experience...even though this is a dental visit...!! They were consistent again. I have been going to DCC for the past several years and I cannot recommend them enough. For a consultation, a cleaning, or some other dreaded service, call Dentistry of the Carolinas....I see Dr. Hammock and he is great.
Dentistry of the Carolinas has a great staff. My experience couldn't have been better, I went straight back for my cleaning, the staff was professional, friendly and thorough. Dr. Hammock was also very professional and knowledgeable. Their Montford location was convenient to my house and office which is always nice. Also, there staff sent reminders of my appointment. I would highly recommend any of DOC locations.
Completely satisfied with treatment for all staff members from the moment I arrived until I left, even though my recent visit was scheduled with little notice.
