Love the food and the desserts! The waitstaff is another thing, they are always slow and inattentive. I think it's in the job description. But I do like the food and we go anyways knowing not to expect great service.

I visited for breakfast on a Saturday morning recently - it was fantastic! I wish I could remember our waitress's name, but she was cheerful and explained much of the menu to us, told us about the furnishings, some of the fun aspects of the Deli, etc. And the food was great! We got one of the huge cinnamon rolls to share plus other menu items and everything was fresh and tasted great. I loved the experience enough that I'm coming back to town and headed your way again this weekend - this time for dinner! Thanks :D

Breakfast is wonderful, but the coffee is so bad I'll eat less wonderful breakfast somewhere else.

Went with a group of 11. The table was so wide across that you couldn't talk to anyone who wasn't right next to you. The waiter came right over and introduced himself but the went away and didn't get our drink orders for another 5 minutes. He brought our drinks, including several coffees, which were then never refilled. Our food order wasn't taken for 35 minutes. A manager was requested at an hour and 5 minutes when we STILL didn't have food. She was horrible and exhibited absolutely NO customer service training. Rude, curt ... read more

I like the atmosphere but thats as far as it goes. Service is notoriously slow. Wait staff are ambivalent. Took us 30 min to get drinks and we had to ask twice. My biggest complaint is the price. For what little they offer for breakfast, which is the cheapest meal of the day, it costs an arm and a leg.

Poor service and food was bland. Waited over an hour for food and my order was wrong. Spoke with the manager about how long it took us to get our order taken and she told us they were busy and we had a big group. When we told her we had been here since before they got busy she informed us she was not going to argue with us and walked away. We go out every month and try to be patient with staff because we are so large but we were just ignored. Won't be back and won't recommend to anyone.

This may go down as one of the worst dining experience ever. Got seated at the big table because we had a big group,which is too big to hold a conversation at and actually be heard. Then it took us 5 minutes to even get a drink orders that were never refilled. Our waiter wouldn't come back when we ask another staff to find him she actually was rude. It took 30 minutes for them to take our order and we've been here almost an hour and a half and still no food.
