I'm a student at WCU and don't know much about vehicles, so I'm always wary of taking my car to auto shops to get fixed cuz I feel like I'll get taken advantage of. Dillsboro Automotive has not made me feel like that once. They are fair and honest and every time I've taken Honda CR-V there, they are always very helpful. Fair prices and honest people.

My daughter is a student at WCU and had car issues while at school. Dillsboro Automotive lied to me about what the issues were with the vehicle.They balanced and rotated brand new tires and then called me back to tell me that more repairs were needed to the tune of $367.00 After declining the repairs and speaking with my mechanic, I called back and questioned why they would balance & rotate brand new tires and why didn't they find the suspension issue until after they balanced and rotated brand new tires. Gotta give a BIG shout out to Dillsboro Automotive!! The problem in the dash is fixed and it was less than $500. Praising God for all the angels He has sent me! While I was there I made the appointment on the 3rd for the fan to be fixed. Can't go through winter without heat or the defroster! Godly men of integrity!

I'm very grateful that these people did my brakes. Due to the fact that I live in the mountians, I may have gotten killed by driving down the mountain if it wasn't for them. There was another mechanic that I visited first, but he really didn't know what to do. He was not nearly as experienced as you. I'm grateful. Thank you so much.

Scottie I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We should have explained to you better that we only consider covering the wrecker bill of the breakdown was due to previous repairs performed by us. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
They were unable to diagnose the issue with my Honda. Second shop I went to quickly diagnosed problem and performed necessary repairs. Mediocre customer service, but fair price. Poor diagnostic skills. I recommend taking Hondas elsewhere for any major repairs.
I was informed by another mechanic that my car needed a repair that would cost over $1000. The team at Dillsboro Automotive found the real source of the problem, and will be able to fix it for a total of $160. I am so grateful!
Just picked my jeep up from here, and it's not the first time I've brought vehicles in for various problems. Absolutely excellent service, fixes the problem the first time, friendly and courteous, very fair prices. Take your vehicles here, you won't regret it!
Dillsboro Automotive is great! He came to our rescue when our car stopped on us, gave us a ride and towed our car to the shop for us. That means a lot when someone takes time out of there busy schedule to help. Darrin and his crew do a great job and reasonable priced they come highly recommended.
