However, after searching my data base, and not finding any history of doing any work for you, and talking to my staff, I can only assume that you haven’t had any work done in my shop, but only received unwanted advice and price from my office staff. A great mix of new technology to education you and hometown service! Especially would recommend for WCU parents, as they are great to work with when you are not there but your student and vehicle are.

I’ve had bad experiences other places in this area and so a friend recommended me. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. Super nice and friendly and were able to work me in on a super short notice.
Dillsboro automotive was able to take a complicated job and make it simple. My son had a rim and tire on an old foreign car that needed replacing but they were able to repair the damage and save us a major headache and alot of money!!
For those who just want the summary here is the short story… I couldn't be more disappointed. The customer service and communication from the shop manager was poor (non-existent unless I called him). More importantly, the issues with my car were grossly misdiagnosed resulting in an unsafe vehicle being on the road when I was assured (twice) my wheel bearings were "in good shape" and they were actually anything but.
