BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I just wired flowers from my local florist for my Fathers funeral. I wanted something really nice since it was for a parent. I asked for a \$150.00 arrangement, since this is the last act of kindness that I would be able to give my Father. I was so embarassed, not a single rose. Orange lillys, lavendar daiseys and red, yes red carnations, with a peach colored bow no less. Looked like a first grader had colored it. This is a sure bet when it comes to flowers for all occasions. After years of doing business with Dills, I can assure you from experience this is where you need to go if you want the very best for you mom on her birthday, or that someone special in your life. Rarely, very rarely, will you find in any profession a more superb combination of quality, service, and that sense of caring that comes from a family owned business. Take Care,Mike

I have used this florist on several occasions. Great customer service, fast delivery, and affordable rates. I will definately be using them again for future orders.

I called this florist desperate to get flowers delivered before the next morning. I had spent approximately 45 minutes on the phone with an online florist with no success. I was met with warmth and every attempt was made to satisfy my requirement. I didnt know specifically what to get. I was given several options and provided with outstanding customer service in less than 20 minutes. Im happy to report that flowers were delivered within 2 hours of my request.

I called the florist and had a great experience with them. They helped with a selection not going for the most expensive items they have, but giving me a variety and talking me through the entire arrangement. They never seemed to be rushing me with my selection. That really meant a lot. I am starting to believe that customer service is coming back.

I called this florist and was met with a smile on the phone. They set all fears aside of calling from far away that my order would be handled effeciently and with assuance that it would be delivered same day. IT WAS. The party I sent it to was surprised and loved what they received.I will be using their service again for Thanksgiving and each and every other holiday as needed.
